Social Marketing Manager – YouTube

About the role

You will lead high‑profile social and influencer campaigns for YouTube, shaping how Gen Z audiences perceive the platform and its creators. The role partners closely with Go‑To‑Market leads, product marketers, and external agencies to deliver compelling, data‑driven campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑channel social campaign platforms that align with audience insights and business objectives.
• Collaborate with GTM leads, product marketing managers, and regional partners to secure internal buy‑in and ensure timely, on‑budget delivery.
• Manage external social agencies and oversee creative production for global and local initiatives.
• Analyze audience data and market trends to inform storytelling and optimize campaign performance.
• Scale successful campaigns across markets while maintaining brand consistency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years of experience leading social and influencer campaigns for Gen Z brands.
• Proven experience partnering with GTM leads and product marketing managers in a matrixed global organization.
• Strong track record of managing external agencies and delivering results on schedule and budget.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
