Social Community Engagement Specialist – Consumer Experience

About the role

The Consumer Experience – Social Engagement Specialist will join 3M's Consumer Safety & Wellbeing division, working across Nexcare, Futuro and Ace brands. You will create and manage original social content, engage with audiences, and help shape brand perception worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish original images and short‑form videos for brand‑owned social channels.
• Partner with R&D, creative agencies and cross‑functional teams to develop innovative assets.
• Gather, analyze and report social media KPIs using native insights and analytics tools.
• Monitor, listen and respond to consumer comments, influencer posts and stakeholder inquiries while maintaining brand voice.
• Share approved content calendars with global teams for potential replication.
• Assist in planning and executing paid social media strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations or journalism.
• Minimum three years of experience managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) in any sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
