Skilled Caregiver – Part‑Time Shifts

About the role

Commonwise is seeking skilled caregivers to support a client near York River State Park, covering daytime shifts (8 AM‑4 PM). The role focuses on enhancing client safety, autonomy, and quality of life.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and feeding.
• Support Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) including light housekeeping, meal preparation, driving, and facilitating creative hobbies.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and families while advocating for client needs in community settings.

Required profile

• Open to RNs, LPNs, CNAs, PCAs, HHAs, PCTs, MedTechs, Nurse Aides, Companions, PT Assistants, nursing students, and similar care professionals.
• Physical ability to lift/push/pull 20–50 lb, frequent bending, and optional driving; strong visual, auditory, and communication skills.
