Site Solutions Consultant

About the role

Veeva Systems, the leader in the Industry Cloud for Life Sciences, is hiring a Consultant or Senior Consultant for its Site Solutions Professional Services team. You will help implement SiteVault, a solution focused on clinical research sites, and act as the main point of contact between Veeva and key customer stakeholders, driving collaboration and managing escalations. The role is remote, open to the United States, with a strong preference for Eastern or Central Time Zone.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of SiteVault eISF and CTMS, aligned with customer goals and sales expectations
• Engage regularly with customer decision-makers to understand their goals and build strong relationships
• Support renewal efforts and guide customers through the renewal process
• Help create and maintain an automated onboarding experience using the free version of SiteVault, with light-touch support through HubSpot
• Lead year-end reviews to discuss progress, gather insights and start renewal conversations
• Give feedback to the product team about customer needs and industry trends

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation in life sciences, healthcare or related fields
• Customer-facing consulting experience delivering workshops, building customer relationships and gathering requirements with business and system stakeholders
• Ability to move quickly from understanding requirements to proposing solutions
• Typical travel of 10%, up to 20%
• Nice to have: SaaS/cloud experience with site CTMS or eISF systems, clinical research site experience, and HubSpot experience
