About the role

Infosys Financial Services is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer with deep expertise in cloud‑native technologies and AWS to support its digital transformation initiatives for banking, wealth management and insurance clients. The role sits within the Infrastructure Management practice and focuses on delivering reliable, scalable services while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope aligned with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates for transparency.
• Drive process improvement by reviewing deliverables and introducing innovative IT infrastructure tools.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to secure successful outcomes.
• Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budgets and optimise resource allocation.
• Support preparation of technical and commercial proposals that match client needs.
• Plan resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals and facilitate professional development.
• Lead scope changes, manage client requirements and ensure proper contractual updates.
