Site Procurement Manager – Fulfillment Center

About the role

As a Site Procurement Manager for Amazon’s Fulfillment Center team, you will act as the bridge between centralized Procurement and building leadership, overseeing indirect procurement operations at the site level.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships for third‑party service providers, including janitorial, food service, pest control, landscaping, snow removal, water coolers, PPE, and waste management.
• Own purchase order creation, blanket PO administration, and inventory management for non‑inventory labor and services.
• Lead supplier‑performance reporting using scorecards and Global Audit Tools, and develop action plans to meet KPI targets.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement Operations, Category Management and internal teams to define budgets, track savings, and measure value.
• Provide training and guidance to Operations, Loss Prevention, PXT, Transportation, Facilities Management and Safety on procurement processes.
• Support Procure‑to‑Pay execution, resolve vendor payment issues, and ensure compliance with site‑level contracts and service level agreements.
• Standardize best practices across the network and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.
• Work in a warehouse environment, requiring frequent walking and adaptability to temperature changes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing indirect procurement and vendor relationships at a site or warehouse level.
• Familiarity with supplier scorecards, global audit tools and procurement KPI reporting.
• Ability to work onsite in a warehouse setting, including frequent walking and exposure to varying temperatures.
• Strong collaboration skills with finance, operations and global procurement teams.
