Site Manager – Photovoltaic Project

About the role

Eosol Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the construction of a large photovoltaic project. The role involves overseeing daily site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on‑site construction activities, adhering to project plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Supervise the construction team, including subcontractors and labor, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to meet company standards.
• Maintain a safe working environment by applying health and safety policies and promoting a strong safety culture.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust the project schedule, addressing potential delays.
• Monitor project costs and resource allocation to stay within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, local authorities, and other stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and challenges.
• Identify and resolve issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports and safety records.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Manager on photovoltaic construction projects.
• Valid work permit for the United States.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
