Site Lead / Site Support Specialist

About the role

The RTX Site Support Manager/Reliability Specialist will oversee service calls, vendor management, and contract coordination for the Pratt & Whitney account in West Palm Beach, FL. This role ensures efficient maintenance, repairs, and predictive services while supporting customer initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the Pratt & Whitney – West Palm Beach, FL account and services.
• Coordinate vendor‑contracted work, including qualifications and EHS compliance.
• Qualify on‑site contractors and manage planned‑maintenance material ordering.
• Handle service calls for repairs, preventive maintenance, and predictive maintenance.
• Process SAP notifications and orders for K+S‑appointed work.
• Maintain repairable assets through K+S STAMP processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Some management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, well‑organized, and self‑directed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP.
• Experience using the STAMP database.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
