Showroom Coordinator – Luxury Retail

About the role

The LA Showroom Coordinator ensures the showroom operates at the highest brand standards, delivering an elevated experience for top clients and partners. This role blends operational excellence with client‑focused service in a fast‑paced luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain brand integrity and day‑to‑day showroom operations to premium standards.
• Serve as the primary welcoming presence for clients, providing polished, personalized reception.
• Coordinate with catering, commercial, buying, merchandising, wholesale and retail teams to deliver seamless appointments.
• Develop relationships with hotels, restaurants, and hospitality partners in the LA market.
• Manage product movement, ensuring accurate tracking for domestic and international channels.
• Maintain meticulous product displays and showroom organization in partnership with corporate teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0‑2 years of professional experience, including internships.
• Strong problem‑solving, creativity, and ability to think on your feet.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lb.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights and weekends.
