About the role
The Shift Leader supports the Restaurant General Manager by running efficient work shifts, ensuring Taco Bell standards are met, and providing a safe, friendly environment for both team members and customers.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure team members complete assigned duties and serve safe, quality food.
- Maintain a clean and safe restaurant, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
- Oversee and manage subordinate employees, providing direction and guidance.
- Stock shelves and coolers, and perform basic business math.
Required profile
- At least 18 years old with reliable transportation.
- Pass background check and drug test.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb and stoop for most of the shift.
- Positive attitude and good communication skills.
