About the role
A Taco Bell franchise in Tampa, Florida (13917 West Hillsborough Avenue) is hiring a Shift Lead. The position supports the Restaurant General Manager by running strong work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. The franchisee is the only employer, and wage and benefit programs vary by franchise.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards.
- Make sure Team Members complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
- Ensure the restaurant is a safe place for Team Members to work and for customers to visit.
- Solve customer complaints quickly and with a smile.
- Give feedback to Team Members in a positive way and communicate openly with the Restaurant Management team.
- Follow cash, security, inventory and labor policies and procedures.
Required profile
- ServSafe Manager certification.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ownership and responsibility to solve problems, seeking help when needed and helping and guiding others.
