ServiceNow HRSD Administrator

About the role

Infosys is seeking a ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Administrator to join its SURE unit. The role focuses on managing and enhancing ServiceNow HRSD modules for clients across multiple U.S. locations, supporting digital transformation initiatives in the services, utilities, energy and resources sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve complex incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and document preventive recommendations.
• Evaluate client IT infrastructure, prepare assessment reports and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design scalable, cost‑effective infrastructure solutions and develop technical documentation for deployments.
• Coordinate release schedules, execute deployments, conduct post‑deployment testing and manage version control.
• Maintain maintenance windows, emergency fixes and technology upgrades while ensuring seamless integration.
• Analyze performance data, support capacity planning and provide insights on system behavior.
• Conduct security checks, recovery drills and compliance audits, implementing security measures and continuity plans.
