About the role

Infosys is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join its Financial Services unit in Hartford, Connecticut. You will work on ERP and ServiceNow implementations for banking, wealth management, and insurance clients, leveraging AI and cloud technologies to drive digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to capture user requirements for ERP and ServiceNow projects.
• Collaborate with design and technical teams to translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Develop, customize, and integrate ServiceNow modules following detailed design specifications.
• Perform data migration activities, including field mapping and data cleansing.
• Execute compliance checks to ensure solutions meet industry standards and security protocols.
• Document customization steps and create clear user guides for training purposes.
