About the role

This role performs technical and mechanical work to ensure the building, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

Complete assigned work orders generated from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and repairing them in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating with vendors to address maintenance needs before new move‑ins.

Required profile

Ability to follow established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements while performing maintenance tasks.
