Service Technician – Revival on Platte

About the role

We are seeking a Service Technician to join Greystar’s Revival on Platte property in Denver. The technician will ensure that the building’s physical components, common areas and amenities meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in accordance with safety codes and company policies.
• Conduct preventative maintenance across the property, including routine inspections of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units: perform pre‑move‑out inspections, generate punch lists, coordinate vendors and contractors, and verify completion before new occupants move in.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, parts used and time spent on each task.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations and Greystar’s operational standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in building systems are a plus.
• Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably in multi‑family residential settings.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with residents and team members.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with preventative maintenance procedures and work‑order management.
