Service Technician – Meadowlark at Wildflower Ranch

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of Meadowlark at Wildflower Ranch. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete resident service work orders and preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, maintenance tasks, and final inspections.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage, returning unused items, and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly for proper tracking.
• Assist with grounds and amenity upkeep, such as trash removal, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning, and painting curbs or signage.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts and using materials efficiently.

Required profile

• Ability to follow safety and risk‑management policies.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good organizational skills for scheduling, inventory tracking, and documentation.
