About the role
The Service Technician ensures that all physical aspects of Greystar’s residential properties—including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas—are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to resident service requests and complete assigned work orders promptly.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to keep building systems operating efficiently.
- Diagnose defects or problems, execute repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Carry out the “make‑ready” process, preparing vacant apartments for new tenants by completing pre‑move‑out inspections and necessary repairs.
Required profile
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish proficiency is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high property standards.
