About the role
We are expanding our service team in the Greater Bay Area and need qualified technicians to perform attic cleaning, crawl‑space cleaning and rodent‑removal projects. You will work on site, using provided PPE, and collaborate with the crew to meet project specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize attics and crawl spaces according to client requirements.
- Remove rodent droppings, nests and live rodents safely.
- Repair, build and reinsulate structures as defined in project specs.
- Document work with before‑and‑after photos or videos for client reporting.
Required profile
- Qualified technician comfortable working in tight, confined spaces.
- Willingness to follow health‑ and safety protocols and use PPE.
