About the role
We are looking for qualified Service Technicians to perform attic and crawl‑space cleaning, rodent removal, and insulation work throughout the Greater Bay Area. You will work on site, using provided PPE to ensure health and safety while cleaning, sanitizing, repairing, building, and reinsulating according to project specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize attics and crawl spaces.
- Remove insulation, rodent droppings, rodents, and nests.
- Repair, build, and reinsulate areas per project specs.
- Document work with before‑and‑after photos or videos for client review.
Required profile
- Qualified technician with experience in cleaning or pest‑control tasks.
- Ability to work safely in tight, confined spaces.
