Service & Support Specialist I – Bilingual

About the role

The Service & Support Specialist I Bilingual is the first point of contact for customers, sales representatives, and internal partners, delivering exceptional service across phone, email, and chat. You will resolve inquiries, process orders, and support product and account needs while strengthening customer loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate, and professional support across multiple communication channels.
• Resolve customer inquiries using a first‑contact resolution approach whenever possible.
• Process orders and maintain accurate customer information in ERP and management systems.
• Support customers on products, pricing, promotions, account updates, and order status.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify solutions and meet customer needs.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call‑center environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple software systems.
• Experience with Salesforce and/or ERP order management systems (preferred).
