Service Supervisor – Phoenix

About the role

The Service Supervisor ensures that all interior and exterior building components, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. This full‑time, onsite position combines hands‑on technical work with coordination of maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests and routine community upkeep.
• Diagnose the source of defects or problems and perform repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling, and procurement of supplies.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or technical issues.
• Experience working with work‑order systems and following established safety procedures.
• Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize repairs.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with residents, vendors, and internal teams.
