About the role
The Service Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the community, including grounds, amenities and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and functionality. This role combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of maintenance processes.
Key responsibilities
- Assist and complete work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing the source of defects and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
- Oversee and manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors and contractors, and ensuring the unit is prepared for new occupants.
Required profile
- Technical and mechanical aptitude to perform a variety of maintenance tasks.
- Ability to follow established policies, procedures, safety standards and relevant building codes.
- Experience handling work orders and coordinating make‑ready activities for residential units.
