Service Supervisor – Haven Townhomes

About the role

The Service Supervisor ensures that all interior and exterior areas of Haven Townhomes at P83 are maintained to Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This full‑time position oversees routine upkeep, resident service requests, and the preparation of vacant units for new occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with company policies and safety codes.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors or contractors.
• Perform routine maintenance on building systems, grounds, amenities, and common areas to ensure optimal appearance and operation.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts used, and service timelines.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and internal standards.

Required profile

• Experience in residential property maintenance or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage vendor relationships.
• Good communication skills for interacting with residents and internal teams.
