Service Supervisor – Eastie 355

About the role

We are looking for a Service Supervisor to oversee the technical and mechanical upkeep of our East Boston community. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues and perform repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, coordinating vendors and contractors, and procuring necessary supplies.
• Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of community interiors and exteriors, ensuring all amenities remain operational and presentable.
• Maintain accurate work order records and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Required profile

• Experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably in multifamily residential settings.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors, contractors and internal teams.
• Commitment to safety, quality and resident satisfaction.

Required skills

• Technical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of building systems and code compliance.
• Work order management.
