Service Supervisor – Broadstone Tempe Station

About the role

The Service Supervisor ensures that all interior and exterior areas of the Broadstone Tempe Station community meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This role combines hands‑on technical work with supervision of maintenance activities and vendor coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with safety codes and company policies.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, scheduling contractors, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for grounds, amenities, building exteriors, signage, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by service team members and external contractors to ensure compliance with quality and scope.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, ordering as needed while staying within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance tasks as defined in the policy manual.
• Support the Community Manager with additional maintenance and operational duties.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential or commercial maintenance operations.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, technical manuals, and building codes.
• Strong organizational skills for scheduling, inventory control, and documentation.
• Effective communication with residents, vendors, and internal teams.
• Commitment to safety standards and quality assurance.
