Service Marketing Manager – MDP/ALD (E5)

About the role

This role is responsible for all business aspects of Applied Materials MDP/ALD Service Business Unit – Service Product Segment supplying the semiconductor industry. The incumbent will work cross‑functionally to drive the product lifecycle and meet customer and business expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional business and customer strategy, planning and execution for North America and/or Europe.
• Develop service product marketing activities, value propositions, business sizing, sales opportunity analysis and Go‑To‑Market strategy.
• Create pricing models, financial plans and business case assessments for service opportunities.
• Engage directly with customers, sales, field service and partners to deliver on business expectations.
• Drive inorganic growth activities, partnership development and program outcomes using CRM, Salesforce and ERP tools.
• Own full product lifecycle, including PDP and end‑of‑life support programs.

Required profile

• Higher degree or equivalent with at least 7 + years of industry experience.
• Deep expertise in wafer fabrication equipment and metal/atomic layer deposition products.
• Strong commercial acumen with regional leadership or marketing/sales experience.
• Excellent analytical, financial and program‑management skills.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver executive‑level presentations.
