Service Internet Sales Associate

About the role

The Service Internet Sales Associate interacts with our most important individuals – our customers. This role requires excellent communication skills and serves as the voice of the dealership in the community, offering opportunities for career growth.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming sales/service calls; schedule and confirm daily appointments.
• Promptly follow up on internet leads using the customer’s preferred contact method and set appointments.
• Conduct follow‑up phone calls on warranty, scheduled maintenance, recalls, and marketing campaigns.
• Acquire complete knowledge of product information related to the dealership’s makes and models.
• Maintain excellent customer service scores.

Required profile

• Proven computer proficiency with web‑based programs, CRM (Dealer Socket), inventory and automotive DMS systems.
• Previous automotive experience preferred.
• Outstanding organization and follow‑up skills.
• Desire to provide a high level of customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sales savvy, goal‑driven and strong desire to succeed.
