Sales Associate

About the role

The Sales Associate serves customers by helping them select products, ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process, and managing product and service quality. You will assist customers in choosing vehicles, demonstrate features, and complete sales while maintaining a customer database.

Key responsibilities

• Understand vehicle characteristics, capabilities, and features.
• Assist customers by matching their requirements to appropriate models.
• Demonstrate vehicles, conduct test drives, and explain warranty and service requirements.
• Build and maintain rapport with previous customers and manage a customer database.
• Greet walk‑ins, meet prospects at community events, and participate in sales events.
• Close sales by overcoming objections, negotiating price, and delivering a comprehensive feature review.
