Service Guest Greeter

About the role

Classic Toyota of Henderson is seeking a friendly and energetic Service Guest Greeter to be the first point of contact for customers visiting the service department. You will create a welcoming atmosphere and help ensure a smooth, positive experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Greet each customer with a warm, professional welcome.
• Direct customers to the appropriate Service Advisor and assist with check‑in.
• Answer general questions and provide basic information.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting service reception area.
• Communicate with the service team to support seamless service flow.
• Perform light administrative tasks as needed.
• Support the service department in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills are a plus.
• Previous customer‑service or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
