About the role

Key responsibilities

• Support reporting, data validation, and analysis for operational work and team performance.
• Document current reporting tools, data sources, user needs, and improvement opportunities.
• Assist in developing a centralized Power BI dashboard or reporting proof of concept.
• Explore automation and AI opportunities for insights, trend identification, and reporting efficiency.
• Maintain process documentation, team reference materials, and project trackers.
• Participate in team meetings, improvement projects, and other operational support activities.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Operations, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience or interest in Power BI, data visualization, AI, or automation is preferred.
• Comfortable learning new systems and working collaboratively in a professional environment.
