About the role
We are seeking a Service BDC Supervisor to lead our service appointment process, customer follow‑up, and daily communication flow at our Fort Mill dealership. The role focuses on driving appointment volume, supporting retention campaigns, and ensuring a seamless experience for customers before, during, and after their service visit.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily Service BDC activities and coach BDC representatives.
- Monitor call quality, appointment setting, and follow‑up performance.
- Drive inbound and outbound service appointment volume.
- Support declined service follow‑up and retention campaigns.
- Track daily KPIs, hold the team accountable, and report results.
- Partner with service advisors, managers, and leadership to improve customer communication.
Required profile
- Automotive BDC or service experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Organized, process‑driven, and consistent.
- Comfortable tracking numbers and daily performance.
- Positive attitude with a high sense of urgency and a customer‑first mindset.
