Service Advisor

About the role

Classic Toyota of Henderson is seeking an outgoing Service Advisor to join our clean, temperature‑controlled shop. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive and unique experience while coordinating vehicle service and maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and gather accurate vehicle and owner information.
• Document vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
• Recommend maintenance based on age, mileage, and service history.
• Prepare detailed estimates for labor and parts.
• Set follow‑up times and monitor each vehicle’s progress throughout the day.
• Keep customers regularly updated on status.
• Verify that final invoices match the work performed.
• Explain completed work and charges clearly to customers.

Required profile

• Proven record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant.
• High energy level and desire for a long‑term career.
• Strong personal and professional integrity.
