Service Advisor

About the role

Join a growing, family‑owned automotive group as a Service Advisor at Classic Ford in Shelby, NC. You will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through vehicle service needs while ensuring a clean, safe, and temperature‑controlled shop environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and gather accurate vehicle information.
• Document vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
• Recommend maintenance based on age, mileage, and service history.
• Prepare detailed estimates for labor and parts.
• Schedule follow‑up appointments and monitor each vehicle’s progress throughout the day.
• Communicate status updates regularly to customers.
• Verify final invoices match the work performed and explain charges to customers.

Required profile

• Proven record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant.
• High energy level and desire for a long‑term career.
• Strong personal and professional integrity.
