SEO, AEO & Content Strategist

About the role

We are seeking an SEO, AEO & Content Strategist to own organic growth from start to finish. You will lead SEO for a new site build and migration, develop visibility strategies for AI answer engines, manage keyword and content planning, and connect organic results to qualified pipeline. The role reports to the VP of Marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SEO for a site build and migration, including redirect mapping, URL architecture, and technical QA.
• Design and execute AEO/GEO strategies using schema, structured data, and content optimized for AI answer engines such as ChatGPT and Google AI.
• Own keyword and content strategy across solutions and industry pages, ensuring editorial quality for agency‑ and AI‑generated content.
• Direct content production across internal, freelance, and tool‑assisted sources.
• Perform ongoing technical SEO audits, monitor Core Web Vitals, internal linking, and indexation health.
• Report organic performance in HubSpot and GA4, tying metrics to qualified pipeline.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Proven experience leading SEO on a site migration or domain consolidation.
• Fluency in AEO/GEO and structured‑data implementation.
• Strong writing and editing skills with sound editorial judgment.
• Self‑directed, comfortable owning a function on a lean, fast‑moving team.
