Senior Workplace Operations Manager

About the role

OpenGov is seeking a Senior Workplace Operations Manager to own the Atlanta office experience. You will combine hospitality‑first thinking with strong operational expertise to create a welcoming, efficient, and collaborative workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of office administration, ensuring a high‑touch experience for guests, candidates, and new hires.
• Design and execute weekly lunches, monthly gatherings, all‑hands meetings, and surprise moments that foster cross‑functional connection.
• Develop, document, and continuously improve administrative procedures and programs that scale with growth.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and leadership, anticipating space needs, headcount changes, and operational challenges.
• Manage seating charts and neighborhood planning to optimize collaboration.
• Oversee facilities cleanliness, stock levels, brand standards, and security compliance.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and address maintenance issues proactively.
• Coordinate vendor‑managed repairs, services, and day‑to‑day budget tracking.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with a hospitality‑first mindset.
• Proven experience managing office environments, facilities, or workplace programs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, able to act as a culture champion.
• Ability to work autonomously and partner with leadership on strategy.
