Senior Visual Designer

About the role

Paramount+ is looking for a Senior Visual Designer to elevate visual quality and maintain brand consistency across its streaming platforms, including Paramount+ and Pluto TV. You will create high‑impact, on‑brand visual solutions from concept through execution while mentoring junior designers.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality visual experiences for digital platforms, such as product upsell flows, promotional screens, brand imagery, thematic collections, and new feature launches.
• Collaborate with design leadership to craft visual narratives that support business goals and ensure a cohesive user journey.
• Establish, evolve, and uphold brand guidelines, templates, and best practices for internal and external partners.
• Assist in managing and reviewing projects to meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and platform requirements.
• Partner with Product Design, Marketing, Production Design, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless execution from concept to launch.
• Present work, lead creative discussions, and provide art direction and feedback to elevate team output.
• Review and deliver final artwork files that are scalable, usable, and production‑ready.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in visual or graphic design with a strong focus on digital and UI work.
• An extraordinary online portfolio demonstrating advanced visual design skills and refined aesthetic sensibility.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Frame.io, and Acrobat.
• Strong working knowledge of Figma and the ability to collaborate on shared design files.
• Flexibility to work occasional extended hours as needed.
