Senior UI/UX Designer – Lead Design for Web & Mobile

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the creation of intuitive, elegant, and engaging experiences across web and mobile platforms. As a senior member of the design team, you will shape product direction, mentor junior designers, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end design process from user research to final UI implementation support.
• Translate complex product requirements into scalable, user‑centered experiences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high‑fidelity mockups.
• Conduct and analyze user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define innovative solutions.
• Establish and maintain design systems, patterns, and documentation for consistency.
• Provide mentorship and design guidance to junior designers.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end product design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
• Solid understanding of user‑centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Experience working in agile product teams is a plus.
