Senior Technical Program Manager

About the role

AKASA is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of new AI‑driven healthcare revenue‑cycle products. Reporting to the Sr. TPM Manager, you will partner with product, engineering, and customer‑success teams to design, build, launch, and scale innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the software development lifecycle for product initiatives, defining timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Translate product requirements into detailed technical specifications and work closely with engineers to turn them into working features.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, and rollout of solutions within customer environments.
• Act as a player‑coach, guiding cross‑functional teams while contributing hands‑on to technical tasks when needed.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely issue resolution.
