Senior Technical Account Manager - Strategic Services

About the role

ClickUp is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor for our customers. You will own the post‑sales lifecycle, guiding onboarding, adoption, and long‑term growth while leveraging AI‑native tools daily.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end onboarding and implementation, translating functional requirements into scalable ClickUp solutions, workflows, templates and automations.
• Monitor account health, seat utilization and adoption trends; build and execute adoption plans and risk mitigation strategies.
• Conduct intake‑execution‑reporting cycles to map current‑state processes, recommend optimizations and create reusable workflow templates.
• Drive AI enablement by building custom workflow agents, defining AI automations aligned with business KPIs, and tracking AI usage and credit consumption.
• Partner with Sales, Product and Support to align on renewals, expansions and AI upsell opportunities.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with deep experience in SaaS customer success, solution strategy and technical enablement.
• AI‑native mindset; comfortable designing prompts, agentic workflows and automation frameworks.
• Strong consultative discovery skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder programs and drive measurable business outcomes.

• AI and automation tools such as Claude, n8n, make.com.
• Prompt design and agentic workflow development.
