Senior Tax Reporting Associate

About the role

At Alcon, a global leader in eye care, the Senior Tax Reporting Associate supports the global tax provision function, preparing and reviewing quarterly and annual consolidated income tax provisions and ensuring compliance with income tax reporting obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the quarterly and annual global tax consolidation provision process, including ETR, YTD, UTT, and related reporting deliverables.
• Prepare cash tax forecasts, update global tax rates, and perform IFRS to GAAP adjustments.
• Communicate with global local tax and finance teams to resolve questions and summarize findings.
• Maintain tax technology tools and support U.S. federal and state income tax return preparation.
• Assist with U.S. transfer pricing calculations, documentation support, and related data analysis.

Required profile

• 3+ years of income tax provision experience, preferably with Big 4 experience.
• CPA and/or MS in Tax preferred.
• Strong tax technical research skills and ability to handle multiple projects in a fluid environment.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and self‑starter with a commitment to Alcon’s values.
