Senior Tax Associate – International Tax – LATAM

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Tax Associate to join our International Tax team in Miami. The role supports tax reporting and compliance across LATAM markets, working in a hybrid environment with four days on‑site and one day remote.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review Group Tax Reporting deliverables accurately and on time.
• Support tax managers in reviewing operating company (OpCo) deliverables and follow‑up activities.
• Prepare tax‑related disclosure statements for internal and external reporting.
• Drive tax reporting process improvements and standardisation initiatives.
• Assist in implementing tax reporting solutions and operational efficiencies across the group.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Financial Planning and other stakeholders on tax matters.
• Support SOX compliance initiatives across OpCos, Group and HQ entities.
• Maintain coordination with regional and international tax teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in regional tax teams, multinational groups or tax advisory environments.
• Strong understanding of international tax concepts, tax reporting processes, IFRS/US GAAP and SOX compliance.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and remote settings.
