About the role

Wing is seeking a Senior Technical Talent Partner to join its Talent organization in Palo Alto, CA (hybrid). You will act as a strategic advisor to hardware engineering and manufacturing leaders, shaping the talent strategy that powers autonomous drone delivery at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary talent consultant for Hardware Engineering and Manufacturing leaders, translating technical roadmaps into recruiting strategies.
• Lead full‑cycle recruiting for critical managerial and highly specialized technical positions.
• Design and execute high‑impact sourcing strategies to build deep, high‑conversion talent pipelines.
• Manage complex offer negotiations, including equity structures and competing offers.
• Provide weekly hiring updates and data‑driven insights on talent availability and pipeline health.
• Ensure a stellar candidate and hiring‑manager experience throughout every search.
• Continuously improve the hiring process using analytics and automation.

Required profile

• 8+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical and hardware‑related roles.
• Proven ability to influence senior engineering and manufacturing leaders.
• Experience negotiating offers that involve equity and complex compensation packages.
• Data‑driven mindset with a track record of using metrics to optimize recruiting processes.
