Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Coloplast is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join its North America Talent Acquisition team in a hybrid role based in Minneapolis, MN. The individual will own full‑life‑cycle recruiting for a range of non‑sales positions across Interventional Urology and other business units, acting as the first point of contact and ambassador for candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for assigned requisitions, including specialized roles in Interventional Urology, Chronic Care, Comfort Medical, and other units.
• Partner with hiring managers to define competencies, source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, conduct virtual/phone interviews, and guide candidates through the offer stage.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System, provide status reports, and ensure timely communication with candidates.
• Collaborate with HR partners and external recruiting agencies when needed, and manage candidate pipelines for future opportunities.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in corporate or agency talent acquisition.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
• Strong stakeholder management and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to travel up to 5% as business needs require.

Required skills

• Advanced candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience with SuccessFactors or similar ATS platforms.
