About the role
APEX TK seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to provide technical analysis for new Missile Defense System capabilities focused on identifying lethal objects.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical analysis, management, and scientific support to MDA’s Counter‑Countermeasures and Discrimination Directorate.
- Develop and formulate options to improve discrimination and electronic protection capabilities of the Missile Defense System.
Required profile
- Master's degree in a STEM field with at least 12 years of relevant experience.
- Active Secret clearance (must be able to qualify for Top Secret/SCI).
Required skills
- Expertise in radar signal processing, scheduling, object classification and electronic protection.
- Systems engineering analysis, requirements development, concepts of operations, and integrated schedule management.
- Technical performance assessment, risk analysis, mitigation development, and electronic attack/protection modeling.
- Technology maturation planning for transfer to program offices.
