About the role

Civiltec Engineering, Inc. seeks a Senior Staff Engineer (EIT) to serve as a high‑quality technical contributor and lead for hydraulic modeling, planning studies, and infrastructure analysis of water distribution and wastewater collection systems.

Key responsibilities

Develop and calibrate hydraulic models (InfoWater Pro, InfoSewer, Water Gems) with minimal assistance.
Analyze system capacity, pressure zones, and flow patterns for water distribution and wastewater collection systems.
Support planning studies, master plans, and capital improvement programs.
Prepare technical memoranda and exhibits for clients.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and EIT certification.
3–5 years of full‑time engineering experience.
Ability to work independently and solve complex problems.
Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Required skills

InfoWater Pro hydraulic modeling software.
InfoSewer hydraulic modeling software.
Water Gems hydraulic modeling software.
ArcGIS Pro for GIS and data analysis.
