Senior Specialist, Product Management

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist in Product Management to drive the customer experience strategy for its Offers team. The role focuses on maintaining and enhancing offer presentment channels, ensuring a seamless journey for global merchants and cardholders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day operations of offer presentment channels and monitor performance analytics.
• Coordinate with global offers teams and regional stakeholders to align roadmaps and implement enhancements.
• Support implementation of cardholder journeys for new clients, market opportunities, and quarterly programs.
• Collaborate across Product Enablement, Development, Commercialization, Engineering, and operational support teams.
• Liaise with regional product teams on channel maintenance, translations, and KPI tracking.
• Partner with third‑party vendors for CX improvements, AI‑driven translations, campaign assets, and audits.
• Contribute to strategy on future presentment and competitive landscape analysis.
• Lead budgeting activities related to offer presentment management.
