Senior Specialist Material & Recipe Management

About the role

The Senior Specialist Material & Recipe Management will lead formulation and recipe management for Nestlé Health Science products, ensuring compliance, manufacturability, and alignment with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate material and recipe management activities across projects and new‑market rollouts.
• Drive compliance for new products and support I&R and business maintenance projects.
• Partner with Global MRM, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Operations and other functions to improve processes.
• Train and support recipe specialists on MRM systems such as Formul@1, SAP RM, CAT and DevEx.
• Lead recipe support for internal and external audits and system upgrade testing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Chemistry or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years experience in a regulated industry (food, pharma, supplements, etc.) with knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP, HACCP and QMS.
• Experience working in cross‑functional teams and with SAP or formulation management systems.
