Senior Sourcing Specialist – MedTech Procurement

About the role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist to lead procurement for Electrophysiology and Neurovascular material suppliers. The role supports a $50 MM spend and drives sourcing strategy for a fast‑growing business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and manage risk.
• Monitor spend, drive cost‑saving initiatives, and support new product development sourcing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including R&D, Engineering, QA, and Finance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience with component and raw‑material suppliers, preferably in MedTech or life‑sciences.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to engage with senior leadership both internally and with suppliers.
