About the role

The Military Veteran Leadership Development Program (MVLDP) is an 18‑month, rotational program designed for transitioning U.S. military leaders. Participants will rotate through three six‑month assignments across Johnson & Johnson’s business units, gaining cross‑functional experience and corporate leadership skills.

Key responsibilities

• Complete three 6‑month rotations in areas such as Supply Chain, Human Resources, Marketing, Procurement, Brand Management, or Sales.
• Engage in a structured curriculum and enterprise‑wide projects to develop business acumen.

Required profile

• Active‑duty military service member transitioning or within 4 years of separation (0‑2 years preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of military leadership experience (5‑10 years preferred) and a Bachelor’s degree (Advanced degree preferred).

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven people‑management experience and ability to influence across organizations.

What we offer

• Base salary of $138,000 per year.
