Senior Service Delivery Analyst

About the role

R1 RCM Inc. is hiring a Senior Service Delivery Analyst for a remote, US-based position. The role sits at the intersection of revenue cycle operations, analytics and client delivery, using revenue cycle knowledge, Epic Clarity expertise and advanced SQL to turn complex operational data into accurate, client-ready insights. It is not a traditional reporting role: the analyst works independently, makes credible recommendations and helps shape how analytics support operational and client success.

Key responsibilities

• Build, optimize and maintain reporting and analytics solutions supporting Customer Operations and Service Delivery priorities.
• Extract, transform and validate data from complex revenue cycle environments using advanced SQL and data modeling.
• Identify trends, defects and process improvement opportunities using Epic Clarity and revenue cycle knowledge.
• Turn analysis into clear, client-ready reporting and recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Conduct account and performance reviews and perform rigorous QA on metrics and reports.
• Own follow-up actions and drive execution against recommendations.
• Serve as a trusted analytics partner to internal teams and client counterparts, and share thought leadership and mentorship.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional experience, with a strong background in revenue cycle and analytics-driven roles.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations (billing, claims, denials, A/R, payment posting).
• Hands-on experience with the Epic Clarity data model, ideally in Resolute/Hospital Billing.
• Proven ability to turn messy operational data into reliable, decision-ready insights.
• Track record presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders and/or clients.
• Preferred: Epic Resolute Hospital Billing certification, data modeling in Snowflake, familiarity with stored procedures / T-SQL, prior client-facing analytics experience, and mentoring experience.

What we offer

• Base pay range of $65,478 to $96,885 per year, depending on role, level, location, skills, experience and education.
• Eligibility for an annual bonus plan at a target of 10%.
